Simple Ways to Decrease Breast Size

Mammoplasty Women bothered by the excruciating pain in their shoulders and back can opt for a breast reduction surgery widely known as mammoplasty. This is a permanent solution to the health implications one is facing because of her large breast size. In this procedure, some of the tissues are removed from the breasts, making them smaller in size. A surgeon will examine the condition thoroughly, determine the impact of breast size and then suggest a proper size that will no longer cause burning pain on the back. If you are considering this option, you should consult an experienced surgeon as mammoplasty can also remove the tissues including milk ducts.

Minimizing Bras

It`s a great option for women who have large breasts and smaller bodies that make them look superfluous. There are a variety of minimizing bras, also known as minimizers, available in the market. These come in various designs, fabrics and patterns and if you choose the right size that fits well, it will make your breasts look two size smaller. These bras work by lifting and redistributing the breast tissues to not only make the bust appear lighter, but also feel 5 kilo lighter. These bras are a cheaper and non-surgical way to reduce the appearance of the breast size.

Exercises you have to do every day
A high percentage of body fat also increases the size of breasts; therefore some fat burning exercises are beneficial in reducing them. When it comes to losing fat, the body works in its own way and you can`t workout a specific spot. Nonetheless, the good thing is that breasts are the first body part that loses fat when exercising. Here are some exercising tips that help in losing body fat:

Aerobic exercises should be performed regularly – six days a week – alternating moderate and intense aerobics.

Weight training tones muscles and removes excess fat from the body. Use lightweights and complete 12 to 15 repetitions each day.

Always make time to exercise in the morning prior to having breakfast and eat after an hour of exercising.

Aerobics should always follow weight training. The human body requires 15-20 minutes to warm up and start losing body weight. So doing aerobics afterwards helps in shedding fat quicker.

Push-ups are extremely important as they tone the chest muscles and reduce breast size. Do them regularly.

Diet you should take every day
Diet is another important factor and should not be neglected. You should eat few calories and no fat in the beginning. Eat fruits, vegetables, double toned milk, non-flavored curd, cereals, sprouts and whole-grain breads. You must skip foods like butter, ice creams, cookies, chips, burgers and other greasy and oily stuff. With these simple steps, you can certainly reduce the size of your breasts.

Steps of Hair Care in Night

We  always care  our hair well during the daytime hours, but we not give enough thought to caring for our hair while asleep or in night when we are going to sleep. As our hair cuticles become roughened by rubbing on pillowcases. A tight ponytail at nighttime can also tear at our hair. We can make nighttime a restorative part of our hair care routine.

Step 1

Invest in a silk scarf or silk pillowcases, A silk pillowcase is less abrasive to your hair than a traditional cotton pillowcase. When you toss and turn, it allows your hair to slide across the pillow for less fraying and frizz. Or, wrapping your hair in a silk scarf before bed protects it from your current pillowcase and keeps it firmly in place while you sleep, no matter how much you move around.

Step 2

Tie up your hair with a soft hair tie if you prefer to sleep in a ponytail. Tight hair ties with metal pieces can tear at your hair throughout the night, and create pull around your forehead. Instead, use a soft scrunchy or bandanna to keep your hair out of your face at night. You'll reap the added bonus of avoiding annoying hair creases from tight elastics when you wake up.

Step 3

Wash your hair and enjoy a daily shower at night. Your hair will dry overnight and negate the need for heated styling tools that wreck and ravage your hair in the morning. Avoiding heated styling tools will allow you to gain healthier hair. If you don't like the way your hair dries naturally, try combing through a gel or mousse and braiding your hair loosely. In the morning, you'll have soft and healthy waves.

Step 4

Brush your hair only when styling, says "Good Housekeeping" magazine. While your mother may have taught you to brush your hair 100 strokes each night, brushing could be causing more damage than good. Avoid the brush at night completely, combing through wet hair only.

Step 5

Apply a small amount of oil to the ends of your hair before you go to bed at night. You can either use hair oil purchased from a drugstore, or you could use mineral or olive oil. The ends of your hair tend to be drier that your roots, so adding a little extra moisture before bed can help the ends of your hair look smooth and shiny. Much like applying moisturizer to your hands before bed, oil on the ends of your hair before bed gives the ends ample time to absorb the moisture for better results
