A Lazzyness is the secret of health

Often people are saying do not be lazy be active, but this is not 100% true,some time your laziness give you very good health. 
 But before go long I would like to explain my meaning of laziness, because might be my laziness is differ then your, as per me laziness is slow motion of work, like if some one do a work in 30 minute and after that 

Person forget the value, things and other related information of that work, then it is not good, but a laymen 1st try to know the significance of work, try to find out some shortcut, requirement of that work ...so a laymen investigate more in comperision to a active man before go for a work ..and that work is rely required with a shortcut method, after completing the work a layman having more explanation then an active man, and mental peace with happiness. 
 Now come on the last ans final point..mental peace and happiness..these are real secret of health..Am I right. As when you feel mental peace after a work then you will feel more confidence and secure about the short method and he/she can explain this method to many more people as a consultant ...once a person get a significance role in any organization he/she feel more comfortable and happy, but still his laziness is the key of his success... because more question about any work give us more accurate idea about work and planing.

Long hair and the problems of hair knots

Everyone who has long hair knows the problems of hair knots. Long hair requires extra careful owner who makes sure the knots remain untangled and smooth.

Although, if you find yourself normally at the mercy of loops and ties know that it require patience but it is possible to get rid of hair knots. There are

some suggestions that relief you from hair damage problem:

Wash your hair normally as it would be beneficial to look for a detangling shampoo and conditioner. Finger comb in your hair under the running water or shower head with warm water.

If you have oiled your hair then do not bother about washing it. Use soft towel to dry your hair and avoid blow-dryers as they tend to dry out your hair further. Divide your hair in some sections and begin combing from below in small parts with a wide toothed comb.

Apply a gentle stroke to moving from the body of your hair downwards yet away from the body. Other Considerations Apply oil to your hair frequently, as in most cases dry scalp and hair leads to knots. Extra curly hair may need to wear a loose plait to keep hair from getting unruly and knotted up. Dry straight hair leads to frizz which in turn becomes knotty.

Keep the frizz out by using natural conditioners. Always finger comb your hair before picking up any other combs to avoid damage. Brushes are never a good idea for knotted hair.

You will end up with broken hair and split ends. Always use wide to medium toothed combs in soft plastic or polished wood. Know that smoothening serums are a means to an end. Use them to detangle and gloss your hair. They are not a solution for undernourished and dry hair.

Tips of Cut Calories Gradually

If you want to reduce calories gradually then you need to replace unhealthy snacks with healthy snacks such as fruits and vegetables, un healthy snack such as fried chips, candy, chocolate, cold drinks and cookies.

Take only water when you craving for soda drinks or lattes arise. You consume lots of calories in 3 or 4 gulps of these soda drinks. To give a good taste to water, mix a lemon in it.

As we all know that Honey and lemon can also be taken with the water in every morning.

Always Prefer a low calorie foods over the high-calorie ones. Typical example is low calorie food is skimmed milk compared to high calorie full cream milk. The calorie count of the skimmed milk is almost half of the full cream milk.

Do not take unhealthy snacks during your working hours. Means tour lunch should be healthy, and have some nutritious foods. Like Apple slices, peanut butter sandwich, 5-8 almonds and one glass of apple juice convert your lunch into a nutritious lunch.

If you use smaller plates during your meal time, it works in then mainly two ways to make you eat less. First, it makes you feel that your plate is about to full and secondly, you are able to cut back on a big portion and thereby, calories.

Try to avoid alcohol and cigarette. As Alcohol adds hundreds of calories and smoking also give a negative impact on the body’s normal functions.
